The firm was established in 1993 by Ronald Brangham, CPA, with his partner in business, and in life, Suzanne Brangham, the firm’s Practice Manager. The firm is located in Maumee, Ohio.

Ron founded the firm in 1993. He is committed to providing the highest quality accounting and tax services, business consulting, and QuickBooks training and consulting. With Ron’s extensive knowledge of business and personal taxation, he can minimize your tax liabilities. Ron enjoys golf, working out and spending time with his family.

Sue joined the firm in 1993 when she and her husband Ron founded the firm. As our QuickBooks ProAdvisor®, she assists over 150 clients per year with QuickBooks Desktop and Online monthly and yearly review, training, and support. She works closely with clients helping them understand the QuickBooks program and how to utilize the features to empower them to have a greater understanding of their business’ financial picture. Sue enjoys golf, exercise, remodeling projects, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Chris joined Brangham, Hoover & Falls in 2022. During 2024, Chris became part-owner in the firm. In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, dog, and cats. He enjoys spending time at the local Metro Parks and playgrounds. He loves to spend free time watching big games with his family and friends.

He also enjoys playing hockey and soccer, spending time with family and friends, and playing golf outside of tax season.

Michelle joined Brangham, Hoover & Falls in 2021. Michelle was born and raised in the Maumee/South Toledo area where she also raised her family. She has four children and three grandchildren. She enjoys bike riding, visiting our local Metro Parks, cooking, and traveling, but most of all she looks forward to spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Terri joined Brangham, Hoover & Falls in 2021. Terri is also an artist and is the owner of Terri’s Glassy Creations. She loves all types of art media, but is especially passionate about cut glass and resin art. When not working or creating art, Terri loves spending time with her three sons, two dogs and traveling with her husband Tim. She also enjoys spending time with and traveling with their friends. She is an avid animal lover and Michigan Wolverine fan.
Linda Laurell

Linda joined Brangham, Hoover & Falls in 2022. Prior to raising their niece, Linda and her husband owned horses and spent time riding local trails in the Tennessee mountains, and participated in fundraising trail rides for an equine rescue organization, Stepping Stones, by driving a team of Clydesdales through the streets of Monroe County, MI. She now focuses her free time and passion for animals on her husky rescue “Ace”. She also enjoys shooting archery or relaxing by their pool and evening firepits in the fall.
